Outside of work, he consults with fellow business owners, sharing insights on how to build and manage successful operations. When he’s not helping lawns thrive, Mike enjoys hiking local trails with his wife and son, playing golf, and exploring new destinations.
Kevin J. Kenny, General Manager
With over 35 years in the landscape industry, Kevin brings unmatched expertise in lawn and tree care. For the past 25 years, he’s led large-scale installation projects across the East Coast, including the careful transport and planting of mature caliper trees. His attention to detail and deep knowledge of plant health make him a trusted leader in the field. When he’s not on-site, Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife, family, and friends.
Chris Bottari, Account Manager and NYS Certified Arborist
With a degree in Environmental Studies and Land Use Management, Chris brings 30 years of experience to the landscape industry. A NY State Certified Arborist and graduate of Cornell Cooperative Extension’s Master Gardener program, he specializes in landscape design and installation with a strong foundation in ecological stewardship. Chris’s work blends technical precision with creative vision, resulting in outdoor spaces that thrive. When he’s not designing landscapes, Chris enjoys quality time with family and friends in East Hampton.
Carlo Regolizio, Account Manager
With over a decade of experience in the landscape industry, Carlo brings a rare depth of knowledge to New Leaf, having worked in every facet of the company. A graduate of the University of Albany and a NYS Certified Pesticide Applicator, Carlo combines technical expertise with hands-on know-how to deliver reliable, high-quality service. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing and spending time outdoors with his wife and family.
Gregory Nelson, Account Manager
Raised in a military family, Greg brings strong core values and over 20 years of landscape experience to every project. A graduate of East Carolina University, he specializes in organic lawn and tree care, aquatic habitats, and pond construction. He is also a NYS Certified Pesticide Applicator. Greg’s approach blends environmental responsibility with practical expertise. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing on East End courses and spending time with his family and his dog, Hedge.
Brooke Basso, Account Manager
With 25 years in customer relations and hospitality, Brooke brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to every interaction. Her passion for plants and nature shines through in her floral designs, which blend artistry with a deep appreciation for the natural world. Brooke believes that listening is the key to meaningful service—a philosophy that guides her work every day. When she’s not designing, she enjoys exploring the beaches of the North Fork with her husband and two dogs.
Joel Anthony, Account Manager
Joel began his landscape career as a teenager on the East End of Long Island and now brings over 20 years of experience to the industry. He specializes in turf management and ornamental tree and shrub care, combining deep knowledge with a hands-on approach. He is also a NYS Certified Pesticide Applicator. A passionate surfcaster, Joel spends his downtime exploring the beaches and bays of the South Shore or relaxing with his family.

Mikayla holds a degree in Horticulture and Landscape Design from Farmingdale State University and brings eight years of industry experience to every project. Her work reflects a seamless blend of technical expertise and creative vision, with a deep appreciation for the relationship between design, environment, and client experience. With a strong foundation in plant science, sustainable practices, and garden design, Mikayla creates landscapes that are both beautiful and ecologically sound. In her free time, she finds inspiration exploring local arboretums and beaches.
