Mike Regolizio, President
With over 30 years in the landscape industry, Mike specializes in lawn care and irrigation. He is an advocate for providing quality service at fair prices and truly believes that reliability and integrity are the building blocks for success. He can often be heard telling his staff to `do what you say you’re going to do’. In his spare time, he also consults with other business owners teaching them how to properly set up and manage their business. When not working, Mike enjoys hiking the trails near his home with his wife and son, as well as golf and travelling.
Kevin J. Kenny, General Manager
Kevin has worked in the landscape industry for over 35 years specializing in all aspects of lawn and tree care. In the last 25 years he has overseen the execution of several large landscape installation projects up and down the East Coast including the proper transporting and planting of several large caliper trees. In his free time Kevin can always be found spending time with his wife, family and friends or playing softball.
Chris Bottari, Account Manager and NYS Certified Arborist
With a degree in Environmental Studies and Land Use Management, Chris has been working in the landscape industry for 30 years. He is also a NY State Certified Arborist and graduate of the Master Gardner program through Cornell Cooperative Extension. He specializes in Landscape Design and Installation. When not working Chris can be found spending time with his family and friends in East Hampton.
Carlo Regolizio, Account Manager
With more than ten years experience in the landscape industry Carlo has the unique distinction of having worked in every aspect of New Leaf. He is a graduate of the University of Albany, and a NYS Certified Pesticide Applicator. When not at work Carlo can be found outdoors, fishing or spending time with his wife and family.
Gregory Nelson, Account Manager
Greg was raised in a military family with strong core values. An East Carolina University graduate, Greg has more than 20 years of landscape experience. His expertise includes organic lawn and tree care, aquatic habitats, and pond construction. In his free time, Greg can be found playing golf on any East End golf course and spending time with his family and dog, Hedge.
Brooke Basso, Account Manager
With 25 years in customer relations and hospitality, Brooke attributes her attention to detail and ability to listen as the benchmark of her success. Her passion and love of plants and nature is evident in her floral designs. In her spare time, she can be found exploring the beaches near her home on the North Fork with her husband and dog, Lucky.
Joel Anthony, Account Manager
Joel began his landscape career as a teen living on the East End of Long Island. Now, with over 20 years in the industry, he specializes in turf and ornamental tree & shrub care. An avid surfcaster, you can often find Joel during his down time on the beaches and bays of the South Shore or spending time with his family.
Sam Leibowitz, Account Manager
Sam was raised in the East End by a family in the entertainment industry, and grew up helping his father maintain his prized garden. An alumnus of the University of South Carolina, Sam has 10 years of experience in the landscape industry. He has a deep passion for all facets of horticulture and Integrated Pest Management. When not working, he can be found spending time in nature with his family, friends and dog Finn, or making music.
Mikayla Conti, Account Manager
Mikayla holds a degree in Horticulture and Landscape Design from Farmingdale State University. She brings both technical expertise and creative vision to every project. With eight years of experience in the industry, she has developed a profound appreciation for the connection between design, environment, and the client’s experience. Mikayla possesses a strong foundation in plant science, sustainable landscape practices, and garden design principles. In her free time, she enjoys visiting local arboretums or beaches and finding inspiration in nature’s details.
