Irrigation Maintenance
Irrigation System Turn On
Irrigation system will be activated and checked for proper functioning and necessary repairs. Clock will be set for appropriate watering times and heads will be set for proper coverage. Additionally, accessories such as outdoor showers, pond fills, bird baths or pool fills will be activated at this time.
Irrigation System Monitoring
Irrigation system will be evaluated, including the operation of each active zone, to check for proper functioning and leaks or breaks. Irrigation heads will be adjusted for proper coverage and clock times adjusted according to weather and property conditions.
Irrigation System Winterization
Irrigation system will be turned off and excess water blown out of pipes to avoid damage from freezing water. The main valve will be turned off and clock battery removed to prevent corrosion. Additionally, accessories such as outdoor showers, pond fills, bird baths or pool fills will be drained at this time. If needed, these items will be disassembled and stored on site, or wrapped to protect from winter weather conditions.
